We booked with ambassador limousine for a sports team of 25 people to transport us to and from the CHO airport. They were great! Very responsive and accommodating over emails and text. They arrived promptly ahead of time and were very helpful at loading and unloading bags — even with our super early flight at 5am! We had Ricky and Russell as drivers and they were fantastic. Very friendly! Thank you, definitely using your company again for any travel needs. Adding to this their prices were also super reasonable.

Keith was very helpful in communicating how the service worked and coming up with a plan that would work for our wedding, including timelines for departures/arrivals, suggestions for pickup locations, and recommendations for which size bus to use. On the day of the wedding, Ambassador was punctual, professional, and everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing wedding transport or for other events!
